Thanks to everyone who came and supported the Global Ischemia Foundation by attending the Fresh Choice Fundraiser tonight.
Kaiser finally called today (apparently there was a mix-up) to let the family know that indeed Kathleen had a urinary tract infection. The family has set up a new procedure with the doctor to avoid such future mix ups.
Kathleen is doing much better, but caregivers noticed a small bed sore yesterday which everyone is taking special attention to avoid putting pressure in that area.
