Kathleen is having trouble maintaining her oxygen as her cold has gotten into her lungs. Hopefully a few extra airborne and vitamin C will do the trick. She certainly looks like she feels miserable.

I hope your cold is gone soon, Kathleen. You continue to be in our prayers.

I too hope Kathleen feels better very SOON! :) Along with Airborne (which has good herbal immune system boosters in it, like echinacea) and Vit C., you might also think about eucalyptus essential oil. Eucalyptus is an excellent expectorant, so it might help Kathleen cough up her lung secretions.

However, because euc is somewhat strong, only a FEW drops of it are sufficient -- put them in a large bowl of steaming water (i.e. microwaved) and let the steam diffuse near her. Some folks actually INHALE the steam, but since Kathleen wouldn't be able to tell you if the euc smell is too strong, it's best to keep it farther away. But euc oil really does work for chest congestion -- I've used it myself!

Good thoughts are coming Kathleen's way, as usual. :)
