After reading volumes of information, medical journal articles, and news updates I am confident that there will one day be sufficient medical advances to help Kathleen. After watching her struggle against her illness this past week, I feel so greatly for her and wonder (even with her great strength and determination) if she can fight the tremendous odds to make it to that day. This article effectively describes the 'moral dilemma' over the issue and in the end makes a very logical argument. I urge you to read it and hope that our government will soon step up to the plate and give Bean and others like her an at bat to either go down swinging or more hopefully hit a home run.

Kathleen's oxygen numbers and heart rate are both better, but her shaking and discomfort continues (which is heart wrenching to watch).
