Kathleen again threw up today, but seemed better by the late afternoon. Her feeding tube also had a slight split but Kaiser said they could not come out today to change it.
Study that was designed to test the safety of the world's first neural stem cell transplant has shown positive preliminary results. The child, who had seizures before the surgery, has had none since and has even spoken words the parents have not heard in a long time.
